About Our Client:
Working for a global company within the financial service's industry, who provide solutions to their customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the credit control process.
- Chase outstanding payments and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of accounts.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address payment issues and inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure credit limits are appropriately set.
- Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures.
The Successful Applicant:
- Proven experience in credit control.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of financial systems and tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
- Adept at building and maintaining client relationships.
