Description
My client is a top 20 accounting firm with a stellar reputation in the market. They are looking for a newly qualified management accountant to join their growing team of 50.

This is a truly interesting role as you will be providing a full range of outsourcing services, such as payroll, management accountant, reporting and HR.


You Will be responsible for:


Carrying out all accounting work for a wide range of profit making organisations in compliance with the firm's and statutory procedures.

This will include planning, executing, completing and producing client-ready product independently and with minimum supervision.
Preparing management accounts, including consolidated accounts, from manual and computerised accounting records.
Preparing statutory financial statements.
Preparing/reviewing VAT Returns, including an understanding of partial exemption rules.

Providing general accounting services and assistance to clients in the preparation of accounts and VAT returns, for example preparing working papers for management or statutory accounts.

Recommending improvements to client's accounting systems and controls and assist clients whenever needed.

About You:
Be ACA or ACCA qualified
Demonstrated experience in performing management accounts functions
Have a good working knowledge of UK GAAP, with a specific understanding of FRS102
Excellent Communication skills both verbally and orally
Experience in working with clients
