A Specialist Commercial Property Consultancy with offices countrywide, are seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their expanding Building Consultancy team in Essex.

As the Senior Building Surveyor, you'll join this Consultancy, who work alongside financial institutions such as Pension funds and insurance companies and offer advice at all phases of the property cycle.

Offering a range of services across the company,including Building Surveying, Project Management, Property Management and Professional services.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will have a varied role, across both project and professional instructions and will be given the opportunity to work on a variety of commercial properties.

Services include, schedules of dilapidations, party wall awards,schedules of conditions, design work and pre-acquisition surveys. Projects value up to £3m.

The Successful Senior Building Surveyor

BSc or MSc in Building Surveying
4+ Private Practice/Consultancy experience
Committed to career progression
Strong communication skills both internally and with clients
Commercially minded and business development driven
Clientfacing
Supportive towards junior staff members
