Firm of experienced Financial Advisers based at Wynyard delivering a professional and specialised service, ideally looking for an experienced Financial Services Administrator.
Excellent opportunity to join a team that is committed to providing high quality advice and a personable service to both private and corporate clients.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To provide administrative support to Novus Wealth Management.
- To provide general office and clerical services for the team, including photocopying, scanning, collecting and distributing post, filing, greeting visitors to the office and making drinks.
- To undertake processing of correspondence, drafting letters and sending correspondence to corporate standards and deadlines and in formats appropriate.
- To accurately maintain databases containing confidential financial and personal information.
- To answer and field incoming telephone calls and ensure that these are dealt with accordingly.
- To liaise with clients and insurance companies where needed.
- To arrange meetings and undertake any associated administration.
- To undertake any other duties appropriate to the post.
- To work in accordance with set policies and procedures.
- To respect the confidential nature of the work and protect personal information in accordance with data protection regulations and policies in place.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
