Firm of experienced Financial Advisers based at Wynyard delivering a professional and specialised service, ideally looking for an experienced Financial Services Administrator.

Excellent opportunity to join a team that is committed to providing high quality advice and a personable service to both private and corporate clients.


PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • To provide administrative support to Novus Wealth Management.
  • To provide general office and clerical services for the team, including photocopying, scanning, collecting and distributing post, filing, greeting visitors to the office and making drinks.
  • To undertake processing of correspondence, drafting letters and sending correspondence to corporate standards and deadlines and in formats appropriate.
  • To accurately maintain databases containing confidential financial and personal information.
  • To answer and field incoming telephone calls and ensure that these are dealt with accordingly.
  • To liaise with clients and insurance companies where needed.
  • To arrange meetings and undertake any associated administration.
  • To undertake any other duties appropriate to the post.
  • To work in accordance with set policies and procedures.
  • To respect the confidential nature of the work and protect personal information in accordance with data protection regulations and policies in place.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
