About the role:

These roles have been established to support the Care & Repair Group in the delivery of their works. One role will be based in Care & Repair Cardiff and Vale whilst the other will be based in Care & Repair Home Improvement Services Ltd


In summary, the roles will:

  • Provide high quality technical advice
  • Support compliance with all relevant Building, Construction Design Management (CDM) 2015 and Health & Safety Regulations
  • Give appropriate leadership, supervision and support to staff
  • Work as part of the management team


Both roles will involve a combination of hybrid working from the Care & Repair Group's office in Cardiff and working from home as well as various site visits across Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan.
