Caber House is a sustainable construction company. We are building energy efficient Caber Houses UK wide.

Based largely in our
Dunoon office, you will be responsible for all administration support in the day to day running of the business


Hours:
Between 24 and 35


Salary:
Between £11 and £14 ph.


Duties to include:


Key Responsibilities of the Admin/Customer Service Coordinator:

  • The first point of contact for enquiries and queries
  • Process reports
  • Manage office processes, records and files
  • Manage diaries and travel arrangements as needed
  • Other admin as needed
  • Monitor all programs of work
  • Provide management information to senior management team
  • Placing orders
  • Dealing with expenses and petty cash

Essential skills, knowledge and qualities:


  • Experience of customer service
  • Presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills engaging with customers, suppliers, partners
  • IT literate and comfortable working within bespoke IT systems

Personal Qualities:


  • Calm, resilient and professional
  • Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commercial awareness and an eye for detail
  • Ability to provide a solution focused approach
  • Ability to organise and prioritise effectively

Desirable:


  • Experience of the building/housing industry
  • Interest in sustainability/environmental issues

The Package:


  • Salary negotiable dependant on experience

Salary:
£11.00-£14.00 per hour
