Description
Due to company expansion, we have an exciting new opportunity for an admin receptionist to join our small but growing team in the centre of Gloucester.
The ideal applicant will be well organised with great administration skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, have a proactive approach with good attention to detail and be able to manage a varied workload to meet important deadlines.
Previous experience of handling invoicing, confidence on telephone using Excel is strongly desired.
Some of the main duties will include:
Updating stock inventory
Following office procedures and protocol

Processing invoices
Salary:
£18,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 35 per week
Salary:
£19,701.00-£20,582.00 per year
