The Purpose of our Senior Full Stack Developer - LAMP:

To design, develop, deploy, and maintain business websites and tools in line with the business's overall digital marketing strategy using highly sophisticated custom developed bespoke open-source solutions.

This is What You Will be Doing as Senior Full Stack Developer -LAMP:

System design
Design site changes to industry standards quality and user specification within business parameters
Articulating and agreeing solution designs with the Website Manager and key stakeholders
Estimating development work and resource impact
Ensuring non-functional requirements are considered so development adheres to standard industry practices and legal compliance (both from a digital and legal perspective)
Providing technical consultation for incoming work requests from the business
Designing user interactions

Development
Responsible for the architecture and development of desktop and mobile solutions
Ensuring upkeep of websites' user experience and performance through continuous development/improvements
Proposing and designing technical solutions to deliver the above
Identifying and implementing (via API's and RESTFUL services) various integrations between the websites and CRM etc. working alongside IT
Ensuring good tracking practices are integrated within any built solution to ensure data tracking


Deployment
Responsible for the management of the organisations' code repositories and deployment platform
Management, maintenance, and setup of the organisations hosting platforms


Maintenance
Maintenance and upkeep of the organisation's online presence
Troubleshooting/ resolving technical website incidents
Continuous monitoring of website performance to ensure business continuity


BAU
Maintaining/ housekeeping of websites in line with user/business requests
Providing technical reviews of solutions/activities of various marketing activities
Liaising with third party agencies and suppliers
Collaborating with IT to ensure and cross platform systems are functioning as required

Here Are the Skills and Experience You Need to be Successful in This Role:

Experience
Significant commercial experience of working in a software team with hands-on experience of coding and delivering bespoke LAMP/ open-source projects as a senior developer

Qualifications and certifications
BSc in IT or Computer Science or a related degree/qualification
IT skills - O365 package
AWS certification (preferred)
Google Analytics (Ads) certification (preferred)

Skills and tools

Languages:
Fluent in PHP, Python, SQL + PL/SQL (Oracle SQL, MySql, MS SQL, Sqlite), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, YAML, Bash

Frameworks:
Laravel, October CMS, Winter CMS, WordPress, Symphony, jQuery, Vue.

Tools:
Linux, GIT, Composer, NPM, Docker, Redis, Memcached, JetBrains PHPStorm, Vim, Virtualization, MS Office Suite.
Third-party services: AWS Cloud (CLI & console), Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize.

Others:
Network Infrastructure, SEO Analysis, CRO, Hotjar, SemRush, Medtel system, Infinity call tracking
