Applicants for the role will need to understand, support, and advise landlords, agents, tenants, and professional bodies who will be making enquiries about Rent Smart Wales through multiple channels of access.

- Able to ensure confidentiality is always maintained while complying with all relevant health and safety regulations, including an awareness of the requirements of DSE regulations.
- A good level of IT competency and literacy.
- Be able to deliver a high standard of service to our customers by complying with all performance standards and the code of conduct.
- Able to listen patiently, empathise with the customer's situation and convey a genuine desire to help and support.
