Are you self-motivated and goal driven?

We are currently seeking an experienced Account Manager s to join an expanding team for a well-established client based in the wednesbury area.

What's on Offer

Salary: £40,000 + Commission
Company Car
Hours of work: 40 hours between the hours of 7am5pm
Holidays: 23days plus bank holidays (added 1day per 5 years)
Pension Scheme+ employee contributions
Death in Service (4x salary)
Free offroad parking

Key Responsibilities:

Focus on growing and developing existing clients along with trying to generate new business opportunities.
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management issues and matters.
Ensure that our products meet the needs of all of our customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with our products and services.
Communicate with and provide feedback to the Head of Sales regarding any issues or fluctuations with customer spend or performance.
Play an integral role in ensuring existing customers' needs and expectations are always met.
Attending Health & Safety training when required
Identifying risks involved in work activities and undertaking such activities in a way that manages those risks.
Active reporting of health and safety hazards or potential hazards immediately when recognised.
