The Job

It's a fulltime job, Monday-Friday, finishing at 2pm on Fridays
Opportunity for flexible hours
No weekend work
You'll be auditing calls conducted by the sales team
Writing reports and various correspondence between our team and our customers
Feeding back and training to Sales Advisors
Liaising with the appropriate team to ensure postsale documentation is completed correctlyAny other duties commensurate with the role as required

Based from our Manchester offices.
You should have a keen eye for detail
Call audit experience from a regulated environment
It's a bright and bubbly office; you'll need to be outgoing to fit in with the team.
