We are delighted to announce that we have an exciting opportunity for Production Operatives to join our client's existing team based in Gateshead.

The role itself is a permanent day shift working for a company that values their workforce and appreciates the importance of a good work life balance, with an early finish every Friday

Hours of work are Monday-Thursday 6.45am - 3.30pm, Friday 6.45am - 2.00pm. These positions are temporary leading to permanent after a successful probationary 3 month period.

  • Worked in a manufacturing/production environment
  • Previous experience of using air tools/power tools which would be strongly advantageous
  • Worked in an manual environment and have a good level of dexterity
  • An excellent attitude towards learning
  • The ability to follow instructions
  • A conscientious attitude towards company standards and quality
  • A reliable nature and value being part of a team
Desired Experience

  • Experience of running machines in a production environment is desirable
  • Previous CNC machining experience would be of benefit
  • Experience in plastic fabrication and manufacturing would be advantageous
