Warehouse Operative - Order Picker

  • Permanent contract
  • Norton Canes, relocating to Burntwood in 2023
, hours

  • Starting at £10.70, £11 when fully trained (approx. 12 weeks)
  • Must be able to drive or commute to both Norton canes/Burntwood
  • Must be able to lift the stock weight up to 25KG often
An Order Picker quickly and efficiently gets items from warehouse shelves to the desired location. They locate products using technology and adequately package the products for shipment. An Order Picker also confirms that stock inventory is accurate throughout their shift.


RECRUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as an order picker or other warehouse position
  • Experience or license in handling forklifts, pallets jacks, and other warehouse equipment
  • Experience in voicepicking systems or RF devices
  • Able to read and write in English
  • Great attention to detail
  • Diligent and punctual
  • Good physical strength and stamina

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£10.70-£11.00 per hour
