Full Job Description

We are looking to take on an individual who can assist our Managing Director with the day to day running of operations and assist with sales.

In this role you will have to supervise and oversee all aspects of drainage and associated works, assisting the Managing Director when needed.

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide technical information and support to both field engineers and assist manager/administrators.
Raising quotes & estimates and then ordering the parts and materials.
Organising work using our online system.
Carrying out site visits and audits.
Need to have experience in drainage both commercial & domestic.
Have a developed knowledge of how to carry out drain unblocks, maintenance, CCTV surveys & drain relining.
Have advanced experience & knowledge in carrying out, completing & using WinCan CCTV software.
Be knowledgeable in terms of drainage materials, spares & equipment.
Have a working knowledge of Microsoft word, outlook, etc.
Have an eye for detail and a positive approach towards work.
Be able to communicate well over telephone and have excellent customer service skills.
Have a full driving licence.
Have or be willing to obtain a CSCS card.
