Resource Operations Director - 12 months FTC
**The Role/Company
**A market leading independent global PR and communications agency are looking a Resource Operations Director for a 12 month period.

The agency work with a range of huge name clients, offering them bespoke solutions to develop, protect and advance their brands.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Resource Manager to manage a large PR, media and brand team across EMEA.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to plan and oversee any resource needs on upcoming projects
  • Manage and enhance a large team of PR, brand and media professionals across EMEA
  • Identify and source specific talent needs, alongside a Resource Manager
  • Prioritise project resource needs, managing internal line manager expectations
  • Report on resource availability and invoicing regularly
  • Flag any skill gaps or issues to people managers and work to resolve them
  • Partner with internal finance, human resources and clients to ensure resources are tracked and recorded accurately

Skills & Experience:


  • Extensive resource and/or operations experience at an established creative, media, communications, PR or marketing agency
  • Excellent workflow, planning and organisation skills
  • Strong market understanding with the ability to match resource talent accurately and quickly
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, competitive environment
  • Wellversed in communicating efficiently with senior stakeholders and managing expectations
  • Knowledge of IR35 legislation preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics PSA preferred
