Description

Head of Geology opportunity working for a rapidly growing lithium development business promising to revolutionise the production of battery grade lithium in Europe.

Lead the continuous evaluation and development of the project.
Coordinate and implement exploration plans, manage and supervise exploration activities, and oversee a team of geologists and key contractors.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will collaborate closely with metallurgical process and extractive metallurgy teams.
Analysing geological data, preparing reports, developing budgets, and monitoring expenditures for exploration projects.
Present exploration results to senior management and provide technical advice while supervising exploration projects.

Requirements:

10+ years of field exploration experience, including Diamond and Reverse Circulation Programmes
Expertise in GIS and other mining software, as well as experience with block models, will be essential for interpreting geological data, generating wireframes, and refining the Mineral Resource through strict adherence to QA/QC.
