Account Manager (Marketing), Birmingham, £26-34k

This established B2B Marketing Consultancy is now looking to appoint an additional Account Manager who has expertise in multichannel B2B marketing campaigns.

Hybrid working (2 days WFH) is an option, but flexibility is required according to business needs

Below is just a summary of the position and the responsibilities:
*Build and maintain good long-term relationships with your clients
*Ensure clarity of clients requirements and produce accurate briefs, which provide clear direction to creatives and all those involved.
*Chair client meets either Solo or accompanied by other members of the Account Management Team.
*Oversee all projects to ensure each stage is completed within agreed timescales to ensure everything is delivered on time and to a high-quality standard. This will include liaising closely with *Internal Departments and External Partners (Designer, Animators,SEO/PPC Specialists and Print Houses etc).
*Set performance and value metrics for each campaign you are involved in.
*Provide analysis and report back on campaign performance
*Proactively identify room for client account growth (cross selling)
*Take an active role in the strategic direction of tenders and any new business opportunities, including leading meetings/presentations.
*Manage workflow and resources.
*When required take ownership of client revenue targets and forecasts
*Support the Consultancy's brand/marketing activity - case studies, networking etc


Requirements:

*B2B Account management background with experience of working within a Marketing, Branding or Digital Agency.
*Excellent time and project management skills
*Strong writing, communication and presentation skills
*Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)

Easy accessible via Public Transport, including a 10-15 minute walk from the Train Station.
