MT14053MCR_ This is an exciting oppurtunity for a Principal Designer to join an award winning construction consultancy in their Manchester office.

The Principal Designer can expect to work in sectors such as Heritage, Commercial, Healthcare, Refurbishments and more.

You will deliver Principal Designer and CDM advisory services to their clients.

The Principal Designers Role

Act as Principal Designer and CDM Advisor on smalllarge scale projects up to £500m+
Provide H&S advise, support and training across the client base
Conduct audits to include general H&S compliance
Creation of Pre-Construction Information packs
Creation of Construction Phase Plans

The Principal Designer

NEBOSH General certificate or Construction H&S
GradIOSH as a minimum (or working towards)
APS Membership preferable
Experience providing clients with H&S advise in the Construction, Retail or Property industry
Understanding of the preconstruction phase
