BREEAM Assessor - Remote

Salary up to £55,000


This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced BREEAM Assessor to join an award-winning consultancy firm in the Energy and Sustainability sector.

Our client is offering a permanent role based remotely, with great career progression opportunities.


To be considered for this BREEAM Assessor role you will:

  • Be a licensed BREEAM assessor
  • Be a team player with the ability to work independently
  • Have excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Have Good construction knowledge

Working as a BREEAM Assessor you will:

  • Be responsible for BREEAM consultancy and assessments, predominantly for mixed-use and non-residential developments
  • Engage with the client and project team to ensure that sustainability requirements are taken into consideration and achieved
  • Deliver highquality consultancy and written reports
  • Ensure that the client receives timely, professional advice and assessments
  • Act as Project Lead, responsible for the project management of a range of sustainability services
