Comex 2000 is currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed IT Project Coordinator to join our IT and Systems Team.

This role will be based at our Wednesbury site, Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm.

What are we looking for?_

We are looking for someone with the following skills and qualifications:

  • Understanding of Microsoft Power Platform
  • Competent in problem solving and developing solutions.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to build and develop strong relations with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong evidence of personal motivation and drive
  • Deliver excellence through working practices.
  • Ability to hold workshops and develop process maps
  • Ability to create wireframe models to assist with users' understandings/expectations
  • Understanding of MS-SQL or MySQL is desirable

What will you be doing?_

The core responsibilities will be

  • Map business processes to support systems integrations and enhanced efficiencies
  • Use Microsoft PowerBI to design, deploy and manage beautiful and informative business reports and dashboards
  • Use Microsoft Power Automate to efficiently build time saving processes
  • Produce written documentation to support your work, report on your findings and to present to stakeholders where necessary.
  • Lead end to end process migration from paper based solutions to cloud based tools
  • Consider opportunities, limitations and potential risks attached to all solutions or advice.
  • Ensure plans are made, and processes are created to evaluate the impact of the changes made, including taking responsibility for overseeing and reporting on this evaluation.
