    Reporting Analyst - Power BI | UK Based

    We are looking for a talented Reporting Analyst to join our high-impact IT Business Solutions team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and owning Power BI dashboards that bring clarity to business performance across the UK and Nordics.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Designing and owning Power BI dashboards that bring clarity to business performance
    • Extracting, transforming and analyzing data from tools like SQL, Azure Data Lake, Excel, APIs
    • Partnering with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver clear, actionable insights
    • Automating recurring reports and ensuring data accuracy and consistency
    • Playing a key role in ongoing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) transformation projects
    • Producing ad-hoc analysis and supporting business decisions

    Requirements:

    • Strong skills in SQL and comfort working with large, complex datasets
    • Experience with ETL, data warehousing and cloud data sources (Azure, APIs, Excel, etc.)
    • Natural communicator who can turn data into stories and strategy
    • Confident working independently but thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
    • Detail-oriented, business curious and eager to drive real business impact
