My amazing client based in Gloucester is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for internal and external customers
- Respond to any customer requests for information or services
- Monitoring generic mailboxes and picking up tasks
- Create and accurately maintain all electronic records
- Comply with GDPR and all other regulations and legislations
- Updating spreadsheets using Excel
- General admin duties
Experience and Skills Required:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great customer service skills
- Ability to use Microsoft Office programmes including Excel
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and use own initiative
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
