About the role - Behaviour teaching assistant


I am working a secondary school in Barking & Dagenham who are looking for a behaviour teaching assistant to join them immediately.

The school are looking for someone with 1:1 experience who can work with a Year 7 boy who has challenging behaviour.

The successfulbehaviour teaching assistant will need to deescalate outbursts of disruption, provide the student with guidance to gain better communication skills and also work towards a positive relationship built on trust.
