After Sales Team Leader


A great new role for an After Sales Team Leader has come in for a multinational equipment manufacturer and service company, based in Biggleswade, to provide effective supervision of Field Service Engineer's and to ensure administrative procedures are adhered to and developed to deliver an efficient after sales experience for customers.


What will the right person look like?

What will you be doing?

  • Monitor Engineer's time and the status of open/closed jobs, ensuring efficient utilisation and allocation.
  • Support After Sales Manager in carrying out regular toolbox talks with Engineers.
  • Liaise with the technical department to seek resolution for technical issues in the field.
  • Maintain communication with Field Service Engineers, internal departments, suppliers and customers to keep them fully informed regarding job progress.
  • Ensure KPI's and targets are met, and quality system requirements are maintained.
  • Management of the team using tools such as appraisals, return to work interviews, performance reviews.

Hours/Salary/Benefits


The After Sales Team Leader will work Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm, 42.5 hours per week, with some Saturday mornings, paid as Overtime.
