Description
A challenging and exciting role awaits within a Professional Services Firm for a Reward Analyst who will be providing ideas and process improvements whilst bringing knowledge across the Reward portfolio.
Some of the responsibilities include:
- Providing expert Reward advice to the leadership teams and members of HR in relations to the Reward planning ctcle, new hires and Reward related queries.
- Supply data to salary surveys and help create the internal reward framwork.
- Provide ad hoc benchmarking for existing and new roles within the business
- Creating management reports for the company
- Administration of deferred cash plans
- Creating Reward Review spreadsheets for salary review and bonus recommendations
- Advance Excel, data collection and data manipulation skills
- PowerPoint, Word and Adobe skills
Desirable Skills/Qualifications/Experience
- Power BI
- Explanation of complex concepts and technical issues clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
- Creation of a work/project plan to deliver complex tasks on time and in sequence
