Through Reed Education's links with local schools, we will be able to offer you consistent work as a Cover Supervisor or a Teaching Assistant enabling you to also build successful relationships and connections at the schools - which can potentially leadto further employment opportunities.


Reed Education are offering a specialised Training Course over the Easter break to help you to tailor your skills to the role of a Cover Supervisor, helping you to make the right impression in your work.


What do these roles entail?


Work as a Cover Supervisor is most readily available on a day-to-day basis, giving you a huge amount of flexibility over the hours you work.

That said, there is a large amount of work available and many people are securing 5 days' work each week in localschools.

We do ask that you make yourself available at least 2 days per week.


As a Teaching Assistant your role would be to support individual or groups of students, whether the need is a behavioural issue or if the individual has special needs.
