Key duties:


  • Extensive travel coordination
  • Scheduling meetings / calendar management
  • Submitting expenses using Concur
  • Supporting with projects
  • Ad hoc support in other areas

What is the company looking for?

Background and experience:

  • Ideally, 3+ years EA experience within Finance Services
  • Ideally, experience supporting a team


  • IT Literate

  • Microsoft Office, Concur
  • Can communicate effectively at all levels within the organisation, including with third party suppliers and services
  • Strong team player
  • A positive 'can do' attitude

Qualifications:
Strong academic background ideal
