Who we are looking for

What you will work on


As Strategic Partner Representative NBHD, you will be part of the London NBHD team, reporting directly to the Neighborhood Manager UK.


In this role, core duties will include:

  • Lead and implement marketplace partner strategies aligned with our commercial, consumer and brand values
  • Plan, forecast and land financial targets on a seasonal and yearly basis to drive net revenue for Nike and our partners.
  • Develop seasonal assortment plans based on frameworks delivered by merchandising, ensuring seasonal product flow, and optimizing inseason trading and replenishment to improve results
  • Work with our partners to drive seasonal brand concept map through bestinclass product storytelling, activate partner community events & initiatives and seed & ignite new ideas.
  • Lead partner meetings and conversations to identify risks, gain insights, make progress, and turn opportunities into actions
  • Link with London & EMEA NBHD and SNKRS team to share priorities, progress, and support.
  • Lead cross functional projects and strategic discussions ranging from digital & omnichannel, new retail concepts, brand values and campaigns and commercial trade terms.
Who you will work with

You will have daily interactions with account & customer operations teams.

Throughout the sell-in season you will interact with EMEA teammates from merchandising, business & retail planning, partner transformation and brand.

Finally, you will have touchpoints with EMEA senior leadership from Nike and Jordan brand. This role will report directly into the Neighborhood Manager UK.

What you bring to Nike


Minimum requirements:

  • Previous commercial experience with an account management background and track record linked to negotiations and managing conversations
  • Strong experience within lifestyle industry and excellent retail and consumer knowledge
  • Consistent track record to make solid business and strategic decisions based on sales metrics, brand values and marketplace strategy

Further assessed in the interview:

  • Deep understanding of sneakers culture in UK & EMEA
  • Relevant brand and product campaign experience
  • Project management skills and execution of strategic plan
  • Demonstration of strong communication & presentation skills
  • Passion for team and role
