Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Procurement Officer to join our team at System Hydraulics Limited. It is our mission to deliver a world-class experience to all existing and potential customers.

As a procurement officer, you will provide support to the accounts and procurement managers in the day-to-day running of a busy office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Relations: Actively sourcing products and suppliers, Negotiating best prices and terms, Maintaining effective working relationships with the supply chain
Liaising with others: Supporting other office staff to liaise with internal/external customers and assisting with the planning of upcoming jobs.
Administration: Support document processing and data input for all internal and external activities as necessary ensuring compliance with accrediting bodies and company procedures.
Marketing: Develop and execute strategic marketing plans. Build the brand's awareness through social media and other online marketing channels. Work with the team to produce print, digital and video media for the company.
Previous experience in a busy office environment would be desirable, but not essential
Demonstrable customer service skills
Good communication skills both verbal and written
Computer literate
Attention to detail
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
