Venture Recruitment Partners are working in partnership with a high growth SME based close to Wells in Somerset in their search for a Finance Manager.


Reporting to the Managing Director responsibilities will include:

  • Producing high-quality weekly, monthly, and annual management information to strict reporting deadlines.
  • Ownership of the monthly balance sheet reconciliation pack (produced to a high standard).
  • Highlight and analyse monthly operating results while reporting on variances.
  • Oversee production of accurate weekly cashflow.
  • Line management responsibility for a team of 5

You will be:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or QBE.
  • Team management experience
  • Experience of implementing new processes and procedures.
  • Strong Excel skills and have previously worked with Sage or Quickbooks
