Head of Quality Assurance- Pharmaceutical

Head of Quality Assurance, Scientific, Scotland, Pharmaceutical, QA, up to 70k DOE + excellent benefits
This rapidly growing organisation has a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Quality Assurance to join their highly successful team in West Lothian, Scotland.
Within this key role you will be responsible for ensuring Quality Assurance Operations and supporting systems are delivered to support ongoing manufacture, batch release and regulatory requirements.
Other duties will include:
- Leading developing and managing the Quality Assurance team.
- Ensuring Quality compliance within all departments in the company
- Developing, monitoring, improving and maintaining procedures to ensure compliance with EU / FDA GMP and GDP the manufacture and testing of pharmaceuticals.
- Ensuring deviations, changes and CAPAs related to materials, facilities, processes or procedures are being escalated and addressed in an appropriate and timely manner for the area of responsibility.
- Providing Quality Assurance leadership for audits / regulatory inspections
- Ensuring overall compliance to relevant QMS and Regulatory standards
