Recruitment Consultant

Location:
Birmingham Fort Dunlop (with regular travel to America for Client visits)

Salary:
up to £30,000 DOE

Our founder has over 17 years experience in the Global Automotive industry and he is now building a recruitment business with like minded people who are passionate about the future of the automotive industry and providing companies with the very best talent in this very challenging and demanding industry.


Your working hours will have to fit in with the time difference with a start date of 11 am/12 pm and a finish time of c.

7/ 8 pm, but we can be flexible on this as we appreciate life can get in the way. You will be based from our head office in Birmingham, and comes with free parking on site.

There is huge earning potential with the average fee per role being $30,000. You will have full autonomy over your desk and your vision and even have regular trips to meet clients in the US


We have huge growth plans and looking to open an office in America in the next 12 months and even have the chance to relocate If you want to.


Requirements:


We are open to sector background but you do need to have previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant to be successful in this position.
