Job Summary
Responsible for the planning, co-ordination, and completion of all on-site work in accordance with ISO 9001 Quality Standards procedures and operating within guidelines of specified procedures.
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall quality, service & standards of all onsite work.
- Complying with and ensuring all Health & Safety requirements are adhered to.
- Responsible for the effective & lean planning of resources.
- Meeting and maintaining KPI's
- Reporting of any problem that will affect performance i.e., machinery breakdown, defective tools, and staff.
- Reporting issues through problem reporting software.
- Responsible for looking after all company tools & machinery within the remit of the role.
General Duties
Working closely with directors to ensure company objectives and ethos is maintained.
- Using the Surveying booking system.
- Liaise with sales, design, surveying & production to ensure projects are handed over and work to time and are managed efficiently.
- Surveying site for quote and/or manufacture.
- Confirming logistics requirements for site.
- Completing Install Questionnaires.
- Attending onsite prestart meetings.
