About Our Client:

The client is a Not for Profit organisation based in Manchester.

They are a charity that supports young migrants overcome obstacles they may face in accessing education and entering the workforce, as well as offering leadership training, both in person and online.

The key responsibilities of the Head of Finance include:

  • Preparing monthly management accounts
  • Managing payroll and processing invoices
  • Preparing the organisation for annual financial audits
  • Ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures

The Successful Applicant:


The successful Head of Finance should have:

  • Experience working in a Not for Profit setting would be beneficial
  • Proven experience in financial management and budgeting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • An empathetic and kind nature
