- Oversees the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of campaigns.
- Crafting compelling content is crucial for engaging healthcare consumers and driving brand awareness.
- Ensures brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications. Also monitor brand perception, address any negative feedback or issues, and implement strategies to enhance brand equity.
- Lead generation strategies, such as advertising campaigns, content marketing, and lead nurturing tactics, to capture and convert leads into customers.
- Tracks key performance indicators (KPIs), conducts data analysis, and generates reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make datadriven decisions.
- Adherence to various regulations and compliance standards, such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) regulations. Ensures that all marketing activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry guidelines.
- Staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices is essential for success in the fastpaced healthcare marketing landscape.
- Actively seeks opportunities for professional development, attends industry conferences, and engages in ongoing learning to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Take feedback from local customers or do engage with local community events.
- Record any demand coming from customer in large amount of product or service and look for supply within time.
Qualification preferred:
- Minimum Graduation Degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business or related field
- Previous marketing experience is essential.
