Our cutting-edge technologies have earned us a reputation as a market leader, and we are now seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Engineer to join our team.


Responsibilities:


  • Design, build, and manage cloud infrastructure and architecture.
  • Implement and manage cloudbased security solutions, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
  • Monitor and optimise cloud performance and ensure high availability diagnosing any potential problems.
  • Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest cloud technologies and trends.
Mentor and coach more junior members of staff


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure services such as Web Apps, Service Bus, Blob Storage, Key Vault, Azure Resource Manager, Cloud Services, Azure Active Directory, SQL, Database, ACL, Traffic Manager, App Insights and Docker instances.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure automation tools, such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Handson experience with containerisation technologies, such as Docker or Kubernetes.
  • Strong networking and security skills.
  • Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
