Overview of the Role:

**In a world of digital transformation, the future of work, and the new normal post the pandemic, organisations are facing major disruptions that require People and HR teams to help transform the way they think and act. Our Workforce Transformation team's purpose is to help our clients rethink the end-to-end talent management experience and establish data driven talent, learning and culture functions whilst leveraging emerging technologies to deliver our client's shared vision.
**In your role you will engage with a range of clients to shape and deliver sustainable business outcomes through a variety of programmes which are designed to help clients rapidly adapt to, and navigate through, complex Talent Transformations. Partnering with our clients across all industries, you will leverage your expertise to capture, analyse, and document business processes and requirements, and participate in designing solutions to address business requirements and improve people experience. You will be generating new ideas and frameworks to help solve problems, provide hands on delivery, and create insightful fact-based findings and recommendations, identifying and delivering on-sell or new sales opportunities. Through enabling clients to succeed, you will help Capgemini Invent to maintain its position as the market leader in Digital Transformation consulting.

Additionally, you will take an active role within our practice, working together to co-create an inclusive, future-fit function, that we love working for and our clients both enjoy and value partnering with.
