We are working with a leading dynamic independent estate agent based in Hampstead who has grown through their passion, dedication, and high-quality product offering.

The agency prides itself on its local knowledge and providing an expert service to all,and is currently seeking a Sales Negotiator to drive its already successful business forward.


The Sales Negotiator's responsibilities will include the following:

  • Register enquires from prospective vendors and book assessments.
  • Value properties.
  • Advise vendors of legal obligations.
  • Keep updated on market conditions and competitor activities.
  • Carry out duties with integrity meeting and exceeding both personal and branch targets.

As the Sales Negotiator, you will be rewarded with the following:

  • Up to £25,000 basic salary, dependent on experience.
  • Plus, commission and car allowance.
- £50,000 - £70,000 OTE


Required Skills:


  • Excellent people management and motivation skills.
  • A true professional with outstanding communication and people skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • A Full UK Driving license and own car.
  • Target and performance management skills.
  • Above all customer care and relationship management expertise.
