Kind Consultancy is working with a large Financial Services network that is currently seeking a Compliance Officer to join them in a permanent, remote role.

Key responsibilities of the Compliance Officer will include:

Ensuring Member firms are up to date with audit requirements and implementing any changes required.
Supporting the monitoring of the 'Minimum Standards' across the membership.
Supporting the growth and sustainability of the Membership through the promotion of professional standards.
Contributing to a culture of training and development through educational initiatives and support of the organisation's training platform.
Acting as a Subject Matter Expert on Compliance Standards matters
Understanding what members require in terms of compliance support.
Contributing to controls and monitoring adherence to the organisation's minimum standards by member firms.
Determining appropriate remedial actions and ensuring their implementation in order to maintain and raise compliance and professional standards.
Supporting the company's requirements for the delivery of the compliance operation and for its future development.
Has experience in Compliance audits and reviews
Has firsthand knowledge of FCA regulations and their implementation within business operations
Can evaluate regulatory requirements and translate them into policies and procedures
Has a good understanding of the intermediary/broker market and distribution channels
Has strong coaching, training, presentation and communication skills
