Description

Code Student Accommodation design, build, and manage self-contained studio apartments for students in Leicester and Coventry alongside a wider portfolio of residential properties and commercial units.

An award-winning, growing business with an established maintenance department, including painters & decorators.

We are seeking one full-time, permanent painter to support the team deliver exceptional painting standards across the portfolio.

You need to be self-motivated, with excellent standards and good interpersonal skills as you will be part of a larger team delivering the very best to our students.

You must have a driving license and your own vehicle as although based in Leicester and the work will predominately be in the city, you could be asked to work across Loughborough, Leicester and Coventry.

£12.00-£13.00 per hour
