We are currently looking 2 Care and Support Workers to join us on a 2 on, 2 off rota, across a 7-day period, working 8pm until 8am.


New to care?
If you're new to care, uncertain what the role entails, don't worry.

We'll help and talk you through everything at interview including the value you will add to people's lives, what the role will entail and when you join, we'll teach you the essential skills you need to be an amazing carer.

We welcome experienced carers too who would enjoy sharing their knowledge with others and growing in our organisation.

You will support our customers, assisting them with medication, laundry, and personal care.

You will also support our customers who may need support during the night and be a point of contact for them.

This role requires you to be part of an evening team and be responsible for escalating any concerns overnight.


The Spinney is a Registered Care service providing care across 52 self-contained flats based in Eye Village, close to Peterborough.

The site is accessible by bus from Peterborough in both the evenings and mornings.
