Chief Financial Officer (CFO) | Finance Director (FD) | Intrapreneur
We are delighted to be working with a leading Property Development Group that is diversifying into acquiring multiple businesses.

They are seeking to rapidly acquire several independent firms within an industry sector throughout the world and then branchout to acquire several other well-established businesses that align with various sectors within their group.

Including building some very sophisticated tech to streamline efficiencies, and proficiencies to ultimately increase productivity across the board.

We are looking for someone who has had enough of the mundaneness of accountancy.

Someone, who is ready to take a risk (which is completely against the accountancy norm), wants to cash in on their experience and resources and become an intrapreneur, to bepart owner of something greater than they could ever own themselves.

This is not for anyone seeking a job, if you are seeking a job then please stop reading this post and move on to the next one, this is only for an individual who is driven to be an intrapreneur.


Your Role

  • You will raise funds for all business acquisitions and or property developments within the group.

This can be done in multiple ways:

  • Traditional bringing in equity partners, investors, bank instruments, conventional funding and so on, all from your resources.
  • Creative approaching companies or institutions that benefit from the business and establishing workable financial partnerships, that are a good fit for both parties.
  • Unconventional acquiring successful unrelated businesses through merger partnerships, and conventional funding, to establish relatability, thus significant growth opportunities.
  • On a practical level, you will be the Principal Accountant of the entire group and be fully responsible and accountable for all accounting, commercial finance, business strategy, and legislative and compliancerelated issues thereof. As this is an internationalgroup it is expected of you to know multiple ways to minimise tax liabilities across all sectors of the group.
  • You will forensically evaluate the financial health of all businesses they acquire and recommend strategies that will improve each business's financial health.
  • You will also be the licensee of all FCA regulations needed to perform any part of our group's activities. One example is to set up and establish our own SSAS pension scheme provider including all legislative, compliance and regulatory requirements andto manage multiple company pensions and actively promote investments in other sectors of our group.

This is a life-changing position, so it is imperative that you have already reached the highest possible corporate level within the industry and have had enough of the mundaneness of that position and are truly driven now to become an Intrapreneur.

Your Skills and Experience

  • You will be forensically diligent and meticulous by nature, which is crucial, and you must have the ability to look through the lens of an entrepreneur, be strategically opportunistic, analyse financial data and instinctively know ways, systems, processes,strategies to dramatically improve the data this is critical
  • You must be the complete package, intimately know the exact financial status, identify all the deficiencies, and intuitively and strategically know how to remedy them all to bring them up to financial health and prosperity.
  • You will be resourceful and skilled in creative funding for commercial finance purposes, especially within the property and general SME business industries. To intimately know how to financially structure each project that meets the necessary lending criteriaof industry lenders. Prepare and present all needed financials and cashflows for approval.

Remuneration and Reward
This is a partnership position; our client only operates in the millions and billions. So, your mindset must be very comfortable in this environment.

Before any offer is made you will be given a live test to establish 'Proof of Performance' which will involveyou funding a project.

Upon the successful completion of this test, you will be offered a partnership position. The remuneration thereof will be in the seven figures.

  • Base Salary to Start: £120,000 £250,000 per annum
  • Benefits: Profit Sharing
  • Supplemental pay types: Commission Pay
