Description
Lanam Healthcare supports adults who have a variety of physical, mental health support needs as well as Dementia.

We are looking for Kitchen Assistants to join our team to give support /assistance to the Cook in the provision of a nutritious and valued choice of diet for our residents.


Duties of Post:
Assist the Cook/Chef in the preparation of food for residents, adhering strictly to the standards of hygiene expected.

Assist the Cook/Chef in the presentation and serving of food to residents, ensuring that special diets are taken as required


Ensure the highest standard of cleanliness in the kitchen is maintained at all timesUse the kitchen equipment provided in the recommended manner to ensure safe practise.

Maintain stock and cleaning records accurately

Take opportunities to learn cooking under supervision

Other duties as necessary directed by the Cook/Chef


Salary:
£12.42 per hour
