Description
We have an exciting position for a Purchase Ledger Clerk in our Accounts department based at Kings Cliffe.

We are looking for someone to join our team looking to work 30 hours per week between the business core hours of 8:30am and 17:30pm, This is a flexible role and can be spread across 4 or 5 days per week which can be discussed at the interview.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the role includes the following.

  • Reconciling purchase ledger statements
  • Dealing with purchase ledger disputes
  • Invoice Entry
  • Distribution of purchase invoices for approval
  • Credit card input to ledger
  • Releasing Invoices for approval
  • Create Payment Run
  • Sending Remittances
  • Filing
  • Answering reception phones
  • Adhoc support as and when required

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 30 per week


Salary:
From £11.00 per hour
