The role of Handyman will work along side a strong team in a long established and well respected property company based in Leeds.

As a Handyman you will be ensuring that all processes of Maintenance are running smoothly within our properties.

You will need to be experienced in all aspects of the Repairs and Maintenance.
Salary will be dependent on experience.

Essential characteristics should include:

Clean Driving license
Enthusiastic and confident attitude
Basic knowledge and experience across the spectrum of trades.

Main Responsibilities:

Small electrical repairs
Painting/decorating of properties when required
Plumbing and drainage repairs
General repairs and maintenance duties on a reactive basis
Fitting firedoors and thumb locks
Laying carpet tiles/flooring/ replacing ceiling tiles
Replacement of door furniture/basic locks and other joinery work
Completing regular checks at individual properties to see if everything is in order
Other associated duties as and when required
Compile reports of job done including written and media components
