The role of UK Office Manager then, you'll be responsible for the efficient functioning of the UK office, managing a fully repairing lease commitment, HSE responsibilities and a range of administrative and financial tasks, including Opex and Capex budgetcontrol and office related procurement.


Accountabilities include:

Maintain accurate records relating to the safe running of the UK Office
Manage the team of third-party Receptionists
Identify and implement areas of improvement throughout the office
Maintain office standards
General Administrative tasks for EMEA Head of Finance and EMEA General Counsel
