Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Apprentice to join our team.

As a Marketer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services.

You will have the opportunity to utilize your skills in SEO, project management, copywriting, and leadership to drive successful marketing campaigns.

This is a 30 hour per week contract with training to level 3 standard.


Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and evaluate market trends
• Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search rankings
• Manage marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals
• Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing

Requirements:

• Proven interest in marketing roles, preferably in a similar industry
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to manage projects effectively
• Proficient in copywriting and content creation for various marketing channels
• Familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of WordPress or other content management systems is a plus

• This role also involves front desk customer service so calm and professional manner showing excellent customer skills is important
