Job Title - Sales Coordinator

Location - Whitstable

Salary - £21k - £25k

On behalf of our client, we are currently recruiting for a Sales Coordinator to join the Sales team of a leading Manufacturer in the Whitstable area.

Key Experience

Customer Service and Account Management (customer enquires, quotations, managing the order process and shipments, etc)
Interfacing between customers and other functions within the organisation to provide service to new and existing customers
Building up new and existing relationships with both internal and external customers
Making relevant business decisions for Route to Market

Key Requirements

Technical product experience
Technical Knowledge
Ability to read and understand catalogues and drawings, pricing and price variances, contracts and margins
Proficient in pricing and margin calculations
PC literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Skills and Competencies
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
Strong communication skills
Ability to work to tight deadlines, achieve sales target, prioritise workload and manage multiple projects at once
Organised
Ability to follow processes
Monday to Thursday 8.00 to 16:30 (30mins unpaid lunch break)
Friday 8.00 to 13:30
