Service Controller


A great new role for a Service Controller has come in for a multinational equipment manufacturer based in Sheffield to schedule maintenance whilst providing first class customer service.


What will the right person look like?

What will you be doing?

  • Ensure regular maintenance of machines is carried out by Engineers
  • Send correspondence to customers in a timely manner
  • Communicate with Field Service Engineers to compile and prepare estimates for secondary work reported from services
  • Ensures warranty/exchange and new parts are returned within a set time frame
  • Raise sales orders and warranty orders
  • Continually maintain close communication with Field Service Engineers, internal departments, suppliers and customers to keep them advised of the progress of jobs and any outstanding work

Hours/Salary/Benefits
The Service Controller will work 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Some occassional overtime may be required. Competitive salary, private healthcare, company pension scheme and 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
