Business Analyst // Process Change // London Market // Insurance // Business Readiness // UAT // £750 inside IR35

CONTRACT / HYBRID WORKING / LONDON

Our client a London Market Insurance client has a requirement for a Business Analyst to join their London based team.

This role will require you to be in the London office 1-2 days per week.

Specific Responsibilities

Update the full risk life cycle process documentation (Business Process and Workflow Design and mapping) for changes due to system requirements being descoped / agreed new ways of working
Analyse business problems/processes, identifying improvement opportunities and document the output for the functional areas
Define detailed business requirements
Analyse business and data requirements and translate into detail and specific functional & nonfunctional requirements
Identify and document new Controls (system / manual) and validations required

Essential Skills & Requirements:

A sound working knowledge of the Insurance industry especially the London Market (Eight years+ London Market Experience)
Business Readiness Experience
User Acceptance Testing experience
Expert in Visio
Experience using Azure DevOps
Experience in technical and operational business analysis
Excellent workshop facilitation (remote and onsite)
